Def Leppard should be Deaf Leppard
Slayyyter came out and blasted whatever hearing I had left! The band was energized as was the audience. However, I attributed it to possibly being seated in a direction and level to be getting direct volume from their overhead speakers. Music was good, just too loud. Once again, I mostly came to hear Journey and was not disappointed in their performance. My only concern was they seemed to be louder than past concerts I had attended. I could feel my inside organs vibrating. But it was ok. I have been to quite a few loud concerts over the years - including Blue Cheer back in the 60s and, while I do not trust my memory to be all that accurate, I do not recall ever feeling those beats inside of me. I certainly had some ringing in my ears after their set was over. So, we left, after about 45 minutes.
